Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older. The service is not directed at children.

Lawful use only

You may not use DeFlock or its data to stalk, harass, threaten, discriminate, commit a crime, trespass, vandalize, or interfere with cameras, vehicles, or people. You may not scrape the service in a way that degrades it or bypass access controls. You may not impersonate others or operate bot farms to game reputation.

User content

Reports, photos, and notes must reflect cameras visible from public spaces to the best of your knowledge. You grant DeFlock a non-exclusive license to display that content for the operation of the map. We may remove content and terminate accounts for abuse, inaccuracy campaigns, or legal risk.

No warranty

The map is provided as-is. Pins can be wrong, outdated, or fraudulent despite our checks. We are not liable for decisions you make based on this data.

Data retention

Account records are kept while the account is open and for a limited period after closure as needed for security and legal obligations. Verification rows older than one year may be archived. Live GPS is not stored except when you submit a report or verification. See the privacy policy.

Termination

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion from your account page.
